The Terasem Foundation has published its latest edition of The Journal of Personal Cyberconsciousness. An abbreviated version of my animal uplift paper, "All Together Now," is featured in this edition.Interestingly, Martine Rothblatt's paper, "On Genes, Bemes, and Conscious Things" was also published. Martine and I presented these papers on the same panel at the Human Enhancement Technologies and Human Rights Conference hosted on May 26-28, 2006, at Stanford University in California.
Other articles in this edition include William Sims Bainbridge's "Strategies for Personality Transfer" and Paul Almond's "Indirect Mind Uploading: Using AI to Avoid Staying Dead."

I've been reading your blog for some time (and linking to it occasionally) and I thought this post was a good spot to pipe in and say hi. I recently began working for the Terasem Foundation occasionally shooting beme interviews with Martine and Bina. I'm a Vermont-based filmmaker and I know Terasem's E.D. (which is how I got involved with them) and just coincidentally was already learning about transhumanism from your blog when I got hired.
